Data Ownership and Media Storage

Pinalofy does not host your generated media on its own servers. All Pins and visual assets are stored directly in your private ImageKit.io account. You remain the sole owner of your data; we act strictly as a processor to automate your creative workflow.

Encryption of API Keys and Credentials

For your security, all sensitive data, including Pinterest Standard App keys and ImageKit credentials, are stored using advanced encryption protocols. We do not have master access to your private accounts; your keys are used solely by the system to bridge your automation tasks between your independent platforms.

How long we retain your data

We implement a strict 90-day inactivity policy. If an account remains inactive and you do not log in for more than 90 consecutive days, all associated data, including encrypted keys and workspace settings, will be permanently deleted from our database for your security and privacy.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Financial transactions are processed exclusively through Stripe. Pinalofy never stores your credit card information on its servers.

Cookies

We use essential session cookies to manage your secure login and interface behavior. These cookies contain no personal data and are discarded when you close your browser or log out of your account.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase any personal data immediately. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
