Welcome to Pinalofy. By accessing our Web App and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully. Pinalofy provides an AI-powered technology for Pinterest marketing; however, the ultimate responsibility for how the tool is used lies solely with the user.

User Responsibility and Content Copyright

Pinalofy acts strictly as a technology provider. Users are 100% responsible for the content (images, titles, and descriptions) they generate and publish. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all visual assets used via URL scraping, manual upload, or external links do not violate any third-party copyrights or trademarks. Pinalofy shall not be held liable for any legal disputes arising from content published by the user.

Pinterest Account Liability

While Pinalofy is designed with advanced security features—such as the Standard App integration—to minimize risks, we do not guarantee against actions taken by Pinterest. Pinterest remains a third-party platform with its own evolving algorithms and policies. Pinalofy is not responsible for any account suspensions, shadowbans, or terminations. The risk associated with automated scheduling and marketing behavior remains entirely with the user.

Payment, Credits, and No-Refund Policy

Pinalofy operates on a subscription and credit-based model managed securely via Stripe. Under no circumstances shall Pinalofy issue refunds. Once credits have been purchased or utilized, or once a subscription period has begun, all payments are final and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be provided.

Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the abuse of our infrastructure. Pinalofy reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if the user:

  • Attempts to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Web App.
  • Uses automated bots or scripts to exploit the credit system.
  • Engages in activities that threaten the stability of our multi-tenant architecture.

Service Maintenance and Data Deletion

Pinalofy reserves the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the service. As stated in our Privacy Policy, accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 consecutive days will be subject to permanent data deletion to ensure system security and database integrity.
